Annual school zone permits are only available to Waltham Forest residents who live within a school zone controlled entry zone or to those who have given valid reason and proof to enter during controlled times. If you do not live in the area but require access please contact parking.services@walthamforest.gov.uk along with documentation from the school to confirm your access requirements.
Annual school zone permits are virtual which means that there is no need to display a paper permit in the vehicle.
You will need to supply:

2 proofs of residency dated within the last 3 months and

Proof of vehicle ownership (V5 document) or letter from employer (on headed paper) confirming your employment, vehicle registration, make, model and colour and for use of vehicle (for company vehicles)

Copy of Vehicle Insurance policy registered to your home address within a Waltham Forest Controlled Parking Zone.
Photographs of documentation will be accepted if you do not have access to a scanner.
If you have a current Blue Badge Permit you will still need to apply for a school zone permit.
