New Born Babies Entitlement Permit Information

Households with a new born baby up to 3 months old are automatically entitled to 30 free additional visitor parking hours per 12 month period.

All residents living within a controlled parking zone are entitled to apply for virtual resident visitor permits (including residents of car free housing developments).

Charges will apply for additional parking sessions.

You will need to supply:

• Birth certificate or hospital birth record.

Photographs of documents will be accepted if you do not have access to a scanner.

Visitor permits are single vehicle specific, and not transferable and must be validated according to the instructions.

Virtual visitor permits are not subject to refund.

Applying for a permit online is a three stage process, firstly you need to register with RingGo, then complete the permit application form and once that has been approved you can purchase your permit.
