The RingGo parking service is merely an automated payment service and we do not maintain the on-site payment machines. All machine faults should be reported direct to the parking operator as it is they who own the machines (their details should be displayed on local signage and/or tariff boards).
If the payment machines are not in operation then you are still able to pay for your parking with the RingGo parking service by using a credit/debit card and calling 020 3046 0010, (or 020 7125 9090 in Westminster) or via our mobile apps or online (including our mobile site). Please ensure that if intending to make payment by phone you take note of the location code (either a four or five digit number) on the RingGo signage as we are unable to park you without this information.
